You can ask Aila anything! She got her knowledge from our website, journal articles, case studies, and specialized details we provided her with.

Aila is a self-evaluating AI that aims to bring more transparency to AI conversations. Instead of just responding, Aila evaluates the knowledge behind each answer and links to relevant sources.

Today's main issue with generative AI is hallucination, which is when AI confidently provides answers, even when it doesn't know — and therefore misguides the users. The design purpose of Aila is to provide more transparency around AI-generated content by showing the reliability of each answer.

We built Aila using Open AI's API with an integration to our CMS (Sanity CMS).

The name Aila comes from combining the words AI and islands.
