Breakthrough Energy

Bill Gates founded Breakthrough Energy in 2015 to inspire the world to reach net-zero CO2 emissions. Every year, Breakthrough Energy publishes a report about the transition.

We developed Breakthrough Energy's State of the Transition report for 2024. Our responsibility was to build an interactive website to enhance the report's contents. Play Studio in San Francisco designed the site, and we collaborated closely to make it happen.

The website features sharing capabilities, micro-interactions, and, most importantly, a good-looking responsive site that works with different types of content. We developed the project with a flexible framework from the ground up, enabling the creation of multiple interactive pages in the CMS while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
