We’re hiring a mid-weight designer for a full-time role, ideally in Stockholm, or similar time zones.

Are you a detail-oriented designer with strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of interaction design, and advanced Figma skills? Nice to meet you!

As a designer at 14islands, you’ll be a key part of our creative team, crafting a wide range of interfaces, from creative websites to digital products and design systems. You'll bring brands and products to life through immersive, interactive layouts, ensuring a user-friendly experience from start to finish.

You'll continuously push yourself to learn and innovate, exploring new tools and skills to enhance your design process. You'll work closely with senior designers and developers, gaining a deep understanding of the entire process—from design to launch.

• 3+ years company experience, designing digital experiences (Agency experience is a plus)
• Advanced Figma skills, Adobe CC
• Ability to design engaging interfaces based on a given art direction or brand
• Strong understanding of UX and interaction design
• Precision in producing detailed, cohesive design work.
• Experience collaborating with teams, including developers.
• Clear communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to refine designs within project constraints.
• Bonus: Motion or 3D experience.

We value flexibility and remote work while also enjoying in-person collaboration at our Stockholm office 1-2 times per week.
